A man has been charged with tampering with evidence in the fatal shooting on College Street Wednesday night.
At about 9:30 p.m., police were called to 1006 College St., according to Clarksville Police spokesman Jim Knoll. Police arrived to find a large crowd leaving the parking lot of the Dragons Motorcycle Club.
Police found Eric Hardy, 26, of Clarksville in the parking lot. He was taken to Tennova Healthcare, where he died of his injuries.

A second shooting victim was found in the area of 1030 Main St. He was taken by Lifeflight to a Nashville hospital. That 44-year-old man was in stable condition Friday morning, Knoll said.
A review of video surveillance footage showed Jackie Dewayne Davis, 29, picking up items off the ground, presumably shell casings, and removing them from the scene just before police arrived, Knoll said.

“After further review of the video footage, several shell casings were believed to be missing from the scene,” Knoll said.
Davis was booked into Montgomery County Jail.

The investigation is ongoing. There was no confirmed vehicle or suspect description as of Thursday morning.
