Bandidos gang member arrested for child pornography back in custody after leaving country

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – A Bandidos gang member, who was arrested by Lamesa PD earlier this year, is back in custody after leaving the country.

Andrew Moore was arrested in Bogota, Colombia, after the 106th Judicial District along with the help of the U.S. Marshals and Lubbock TAG Unit secured an arrest warrant for Moore.

He was apprehended and is being held on a $1-million bond.

Bandidos gang member arrested by Lamesa PD, charged with possession of child pornography

LUBBOCK, Texas (KCBD) – 37-year-old Andrew Burdett Moore was taken into custody by the Lamesa PD SWAT team on Monday, charged with Possession or Promotion of Child Pornography with the intent to Distribute.

Lamesa Police Chief Joshua Peterson made the announcement on Thursday, saying his officers were assisted by the Texas Anti-Gang Unit “due to Moore’s affiliations with the Bandidos Motorcycle Club.”

Peterson said they executed a search warrant at Moore’s home and found “multiple weapons, gang memorabilia and electronics were seized in connection with current investigations.”
