DAUPHIN COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — A Dauphin County motorcycle club founder faces attempted murder, human trafficking and other charges, according to court documents.
Pennsylvania State Police on Monday charged 38-year-old Oscar Robinson, of Williamstown, who created The Lost Ones motorcycle club in 2022. He also ran Zero to 100 club’s Harrisburg chapter after helping establish it in 2020, the charges filed show.
Also charged is 38-year-old Nicole Gonder, of Williamsport, who was listed in the court documents as Robinson’s significant other, and 28-year-old Joshua Chacon, of Mechanicsburg, who was a member of one of the clubs, according to State Police.
Gonder faces two felony charges of trafficking in individuals, while Chacon faces attempted murder and conspiracy charges, online court records show.
Alleged abuse of babysitter
Before opening the clubs, Robinson and Gonder hired a girl to babysit their children beginning in 2014 and lasting until 2022. According to the Grand Jury Presentment, during this time frame from 2014-2022, she was provided with alcohol, marijuana and cocaine by Robinson and Gonder.
Investigators said the girl claimed how Robinson kept pressuring her to take cocaine, leading her to give in and try the drug. There were times when Robinson would pay her in cocaine to babysit. Robinson allegedly pressured her into having sex with him and threatened her if she didn’t listen to him.
Court documents show, the girl hid drugs for Robinson, had sex with him and helped him set up the headquarters for Zero to 100 because of the threats he made against her. Robinson is also accused of assaulting the girl, grabbing her hair, throwing her into a wall and even hitting her head off a faucet.
Bylaws for the ‘Lost Ones’ club
At the Zero to 100 club, investigators said some parties involved exotic dancers and drugs. Robinson was also known to carry a firearm with him at the club, which he was not legally allowed to do due to his being convicted of aggravated assault and burglary in 2006.
When the Lost Ones club was created, Robinson claimed it was to help the community, but investigators said it was violent.
There were bylaws for the Lost Ones club that “prohibited members, among other things, from: wearing their colors while engaged in illegal activities; leave witnesses; disrespecting or flirting with another Lost One’s ‘property;’ and speaking to or cooperating with police,” according to court documents
Members faced consequences if they didn’t follow these bylaws. State Police found a copy of them while searching Robinson’s and Gonder’s home.
The presentment shows, if members wanted to leave the club, they had to be voted out or “jumped out,” which is being beaten up by each member. Those who wanted to leave had to remove the club’s tattoos, or the club would remove them.
Robinson tried getting automatic firearms from people who were allowed to buy them and he had stash spots for cocaine that he would distribute to others.
When a cinderblock was thrown through a window at Robinson’s home in July 2022, he suspected an opposing club member was responsible so he gave Chacon a gun to carry out a shooting against the other member, according to court documents. During a meetup, Chacon allegedly fired shots at the other club member and missed but hit and damaged a building.
Illegal activities at the Lux Lounge
Investigators said, Robinson opened the Lux Lounge in Cumberland County, which was advertised as an adult entertainment club from April to May. There was a dancer that Robinson hired and pressured her to have sex with customers for money, despite her not wanting to.
Robinson allegedly took her to different places in central Pennsylvania to recruit customers. She eventually left The Lux after hearing club members tell a customer they could do whatever they wanted to her, State Police said.
Guns were hidden throughout The Lux, and cocaine was being sold there. The charges filed show, the money Robinson made from The Lux was used to fund the club’s activities and purchase of firearms.
Searching Robinson and Gonder’s home
Handwritten bylaws for the Lost Ones, ammunition in various calibers, a hatchet, knife, a ring with Z2H HBG President engraved on it were all seized from Robinson’s home during a search in September.
Investigators said there were places across Dauphin and Cumberland counties where “x-rated” services and pricing were advertised in documents, along with promotional flyers with wording that is commonly used by websites to partake in sex for money, were also found during the search.
Online court records show Robinson, Gonder and Chacon are all in Dauphin County Prison, with each of their bail denied. Preliminary hearings are scheduled for Dec. 17.
